But concern remains whether all children- irrespective of rural and urban, rich and poor- are getting equal opportunity and access to the quality education or not. In Bangladesh, quality education is generally perceived of having skill and competencies in English language as such skill is required for having a good job in this era of web-based globalized society. However, skill in English is major determining factor of quality education and children from rural poor facilities usually left behind from learning English as the English medium/ version education is expensive and mostly concentrated in big town and cities. With a mission of providing quality education to the outreach and poor Bangladeshi children- irrespective of religion- SMS Bangladesh has established three English Medium schools up to grade V level (primary school) located in the Upazilla headquarters in Birgonj ( founded in 2005), Pirgonj ( founded in 2006) and in Patnitala (founded in 2007).
